Easter Egg (Pysanky) Workshop.
Join us for a hands-on Pysanky (Ukrainian Easter Egg) workshop! The word pysaty means “to write.” Participants will use wax, stylus, and colorful dyes to “write” traditional Ukrainian motifs on eggs using the batik method. All tools and materials are provided. You’ll learn the symbolism of designs, color layering techniques, and how to seal and preserve your own masterpiece. Those wishing to continue the craft can purchase additional supplies at the workshop.
