Our Mission

UAST’s mission is to educate and engage the Tucson community about Ukraine by presenting cultural and educational programs; to preserve traditions through arts, language, and history; and to mobilize volunteers and resources for humanitarian relief consistent with our nonprofit purpose. We create inclusive spaces where families, students, and newcomers can connect, serve, and celebrate.

Our Vision

We envision a Tucson where Ukrainian culture is visible, valued, and shared; where newcomers find support and a sense of home; and where our city plays a meaningful role in helping the people of Ukraine. UAST strives to be a trusted, transparent hub for cultural exchange, youth involvement, and community partnerships that make a lasting, positive impact.
